Biography
Tamara Muñoz is a first-year medical student at the Icahn School of Medicine ('30) with a strong interest in orthopaedic and trauma surgery. As a former Division I soccer player, she developed discipline, teamwork, and a passion for the care and treatment of sports-related injuries. She has conducted orthopaedic research across foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, and trauma at Massachusetts General Hospital, gaining hands-on experience in data acquisition, analysis, and scientific writing.
