Biography
Shawn Ramachandran is a first-year medical student at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Throughout undergraduate, his research focused primarily in the basic sciences within the fields of biochemistry and neuroscience. Since graduating, his interests have shifted to Orthopaedic Surgery research. He is currently involved with projects focused on return-to-sport after ACL reconstruction and the impact of artificial intelligence in surgery.
Research interests
Sports medicine, spine, joint arthroplasty, artificial intelligence, and public health/health policy.
