Biography
Dr. Shah is a double board-certified orthopedic surgeon and Chief of Sports Medicine at New England Baptist Hospital, where he also co-directs the Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship. He earned his medical degree from Drexel University, completed residency at Hofstra Northwell, and pursued fellowships in sports medicine at New England Baptist Hospital and shoulder and elbow surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery. An award-winning researcher and educator, he has authored more than 50 publications and holds national leadership roles. His interests include innovative surgical techniques, racial disparities in surgical outcomes, and community-focused sports programs.
