Pranav Yadati, MS

Biography

Pranav Yadati is a medical student at Boston University's Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUSM), where his research spans vascular biology, nephrology, and musculoskeletal dysfunction. He is currently working in the Chitalia Lab on peripheral arterial disease, using immunofluorescence and near-infrared optical imaging to study neointimal hyperplasia in sub-ischemic mouse models. He completed his thesis in the Chitalia lab focusing on musculoskeletal degeneration in the setting of cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome. He has also conducted research in the Waikar Lab at Boston Medical Center, focusing on race-based clinical algorithms, and previously studied cholinergic signaling in the Sarter Lab at the University of Michigan. Pranav has coauthored three peer-reviewed publications and continues to pursue research interests in vascular and musculoskeletal disease.
