Biography
Jaxon Boley is currently a fourth-year medical student at the American University of the Caribbean and will be applying for orthopaedic surgery residency this fall. He has worked on a wide variety of research projects, with the majority consisting of systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and fragility index studies. He currently has approximately 20 manuscripts that are published, accepted, or under review at major orthopaedic journals. Nine of these projects have been first-author manuscripts, with several additional first-author projects expected to be submitted within the coming month. Jaxon is also working on multiple outcomes studies with Dr. Justin Saliman in Los Angeles, evaluating MISHA and REGENETEN grafts for meniscus repair. Additionally, he is leading a large retrospective cohort study on shoulder arthroplasty in collaboration with the HCA Florida JFK Hospital orthopaedic surgery residency program.
