Biography
Eric J. Strauss, MD, is the Novick Family Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Director of the Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. He is a sports medicine specialist whose clinical practice focuses on knee and shoulder injuries, including ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, meniscus repair and transplantation, osteotomies, and arthroscopic shoulder surgery. He is also an active researcher and author in orthopedic sports medicine.
Research interests
